2025 Waitara Christmas Parade

Everyone had an awesome time taking part in the Waitara Christmas Parade. It was huge and there were so many cool floats! Our kura did us proud!! The truck was transformed into a waka and our tamariki led the way, chanting and performing haka through town, with the rest of the school walking behind

A big mihi to Matua Nick for his creativity, he absolutely nailed the brief. Thanks also to Whaea Vickie and Whaea Kiri for teaching our tamariki their parts. Huge thanks to our teachers and parents who helped out, both in the parade and at the fundraising stall, we really appreciate you all. Ngā mihi nui to our tamariki who showed up today to be apart of something so special
